We want you to be 100% satisfied with all GianaLauren.com purchases. If there are any issues with your items, please contact us at contact@gianalauren.com and let us know. Not all items are available for return.

If you want to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or return the unopened shipping package within 10 days of receipt and we will refund your order.

Makeup must be unused and unopened for return. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us so please contact us if you have any problems or concerns with your order.

Online Courses are not refundable. If you purchase a class, and can no longer attend, you will be eligible for store credit only. Please contact with any questions or concerns.

Please allow 24-72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, for items to be shipped. Once Item has shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Shipping method used USPS First class and between shipping duration is between 3-10 days.
